All India Quota (AIQ) seats are counselled by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), while State Quota and most private/deemed seats go through respective state counselling authorities.
The process runs across multiple rounds \u2014 registration, choice filling, seat allotment, reporting, and fee payment \u2014 repeated with fresh vacancies until seats are filled.
